Chef Karyn has a Certificate in Cuisine from Le Cordon Bleu, Paris, France, and has studied and worked in Järpen, Sweden, at the Fäviken Magasinet. Awards include "Outstanding Pastry Chef," Charlie Awards, Minneapolis, St. Paul in 2015; "Queen of Porc" Grand Cochan, National Competition, 2018, and a James Beard semifinalist nominee for "Best Chef Midwest," 2019.
