CITY OF LITCHFIELD APPOINTMENT OPENING The City of Litchfield has three appointment openings on the Library Board for a three year term through January 1, 2022. There are two appointment openings on the Police Commission, one for a three year term through January 1, 2022, and another one for a one year term through January 1, 2020. The Heritage Preservation Commission has one appointment opening for a three year term through January 1, 2022. A Litchfield residency is required. Any citizen wishing to be considered for appointment should apply at City Hall, 126 North Marshall Avenue, 693-7201, by Wednesday, December 12, 2018
