CITY OF LITCHFIELD APPOINTMENT OPENINGS The City of Litchfield has three appointment openings on the Library B0ard for a three year term through January 1, 2023. There is one appointment opening on the Police Commission, for a three year term through January 1, 2023. The Heritage Preservation Commission has one appointment opening for a three year term through January 1, 2023. A Litchfield residency is required.
